README for KeyJnoteGUI, a KDE frontend to KeyJnote


Introduction
============

KeyJnote is a somewhat different presentation programm. It uses OpenGL to
presents some cool visual effects during presentation.  More useful, but not
less eye-candy are the zoom mode and the highlighting features.

Much of the behaviour of KeyJnote is controlled by command line
switches. KeyJnoteGUI provides a nice KDE frontend to KeyJnote, which gives
you control about the most widely used switches.  Now you can watch cool
presentations without moving down to command line.


Installing KeyJnoteGUI
=================================

See the INSTALL file for this.

Note, that KeyJnote and KeyJnoteGUI (thanks to Yaroslav Halchenko) made
their way into debian sid. If you're using this distribution, you can simply
install KeyJnoteGUI with

    apt-get install keyjnotegui


Running KeyJnoteGUI
================

Just type "keyjnotegui" in your terminal or use the KMenu entry.
